Miranda L Tucker, LCSW

I believe that we all struggle from time to time and that none of us, despite appearances, have it all together. I believe in using empathy, respect and integrity to partner with you in your journey towards achieving your wellness goals. Using a strength-based approach we will work collaboratively to identify your strengths and skills to identify sometimes hidden skills and strengths that can be utilized to effectively manage daily stressors as well as larger issues and struggles. I believe you can unlock your own potential and source of resiliency.

I have worked with a wide range of people from a diverse background of age, race, financial status and identity. I welcome all walks of life and respect gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, faith/religion and political ideals. My office is a safe space where you will be respected and appreciated as a unique individual.

My background is diverse as I have had the opportunity to work with a number of different patient populations, from persons with developmental disabilities & their caregivers to children & families in child protection to adults with anxiety, depression and grief. I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults. I also enjoy working with couples.

Outside of my office, I enjoy hiking, yoga, cooking and spending time with my family.
